Self Serve Spritz Bar
The perfect way to get your guests socialising and having fun together. Our self-serve spritz bar is a stylish DIY setup for hens’ parties, bridal parties and any relaxed gathering where you’d like a more private feel. We take care of the setup and provide a fully equipped bar, so your guests can serve themselves with ease.
Choose from our Mimosa bar, or a Spritz bar with refreshing Aperol, Limoncello and Elderflower spritzes. It’s a fun, interactive way to keep the drinks flowing while adding a touch of elegance to your celebration.

bar set up & hire
We arrive early and set up the spritz bar, which is a long foldable table and a small bar cart. If you’d prefer us to set up on a table or benchtop in your space, we can organise that too.
ICE, MIXERS & GARNISHES
Pre-prepared garnishes, freshly made juices, syrups and quality mixers are all provided.

Quality glassware, so you don’t need to use your own.
CUSTOMISED MENU
Choose up to 5 of your favourite spritzes from our menu. We create a personalised menu with the recipe for each one, so your guests can make them themselves.
PERSONALISED Alcohol LIST
Once you have selected what Spritzers you’d like on your menu, we’ll calculate how much of each alcohol you’ll need to cater for your event.
clean up
When your event finishes, or when you’d like the bar removed, we come in to clear the glassware and the setup. You keep the party going, and any leftover alcohol.
